Fisher Contracting, in Franklin, KY, is now hiring a Heavy Civil Project Manager. Fisher Contracting is a heavy civil contractor, specializing in site development, underground utilities, landfill construction, road & bridge construction, environmental remediation, marine construction, structural concrete, piling, dam rehabilitation, earth retention, and cofferdams. Our Management Team works closely together to support each other through each project, and we all win/lose together as a team.
AN IDEAL CANDIDATE:
An ideal candidate has the desire to lead, estimate, and manage construction projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Organize and lead the Project Team from start to finish

Support the onsite Project Team to meet both job performance and safety goals

Create an environment that promotes communication between all stakeholders

Possess the ability to manage subcontracts and major purchase orders from start to closeout

Proficient in understanding construction documents
-
Proficient in creating and managing construction schedules
-
Monitor productivity of the work vs. the established budgets
-
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent technical training
-
Minimum of 5-10 years of construction experience

Self-motivated to learn the required construction software from HCSS and Primavera
